The YMPO Complete Streets Concept Study (CSCS) is being developed to better understand Complete Streets and what they mean to the planning and programming process for roadway improvements in the YMPO region. Complete Streets provide people of all ages and abilities with safe and comfortable travel options, including walking, biking, riding public transit, or using a personal car. The intent is to provide a network of streets that are safe and efficient for everyone.
